Operations Systems
Business operations systems that make ownership, workflows, and management visibility explicit.
We turn informal operating knowledge into a visible model: how work moves, who owns decisions, where exceptions go, and what management sees.

How work should move
We map roles, stages, rules, exceptions and reporting as they should be — then close the gaps.
- Roles and stages
- Rules and exceptions
- What management sees

One owner per decision
A RACI-style map makes clear who does, decides, is consulted and is informed.
- Named decision owners
- Deadlines on decisions
- No silent handoffs

Every exception has a home
Edge cases stop bouncing around until the founder catches them.

Written down, kept current
The operating model becomes a playbook your team reads, follows and updates.
- Findable and short
- Owned per section
- Reviewed quarterly
Best suited for
This service is a strong fit when:
- Several teams or tools participate in the same client journey.
- Decisions and exceptions repeatedly return to leadership.
- Recurring work lacks consistent ownership or timing.
- SOPs exist but are disconnected from the actual workflow.
- Leaders need a clearer operating rhythm and cross-functional visibility.
Fits how you work
Built in the tools you already use.
We connect what’s there before adding anything new. A new tool is only suggested when the current one is the constraint.
Two ways to start
Not sure what’s causing it? Audit first.
Operations Audit
A structured review across sales, onboarding, delivery and reporting.
- Now / Next / Later roadmap
- Credited toward an eligible implementation
- Useful whether or not we build it
Implementation
We implement the agreed operating model across your tools, with documentation and training.
- Ownership built into tools
- Exception routing configured
- Playbook and training
Want the business to run without you routing everything?
Start with the Audit to find where ownership breaks, or go straight to implementing a model you already have.
Is this the same as project management?
No. Project management focuses on delivering defined work. Operations systems address the wider recurring rules, ownership, handoffs, and management routines that connect functions across the business.
Do you write SOPs?
Yes, when documentation supports the approved operating model. SOPs should reflect the real workflow, ownership, systems, and exception handling — not exist as isolated documents.
Will you recommend new software?
Only when the approved requirement cannot be met responsibly with the current environment. The work remains business-led rather than tool-led.
Can this include reporting and integrations?
Yes. Reporting and system connections may be included where they support the operating model, or scoped through the dedicated Reporting and Dashboards and Workflow Automation services.
