Best suited for
This service is a strong fit when:
- Leads arrive through multiple forms, inboxes, referrals, or platforms.
- Follow-up timing and ownership are inconsistent.
- Pipeline stages do not reflect real buying decisions.
- Sales information does not transfer cleanly into onboarding.
- Leadership needs pipeline visibility without asking for updates.
Fits how you work
Built in the tools you already use.
We connect what’s there before adding anything new. A new tool is only suggested when the current one is the constraint.
Two ways to start
Know what to build? Build. Not sure? Audit first.
CRM and sales build
Pipeline, data rules, follow-up and handoff — built, tested and documented.
- Approval gate at every stage
- Built in your current CRM
- Training and handover included
Operations Audit
A structured review across sales, onboarding, delivery and reporting.
- Now / Next / Later roadmap
- Credited toward an eligible implementation
- Useful whether or not we build it
Ready for a pipeline your team can see and trust?
Know what needs building? Let’s scope it. Not sure the CRM is the real issue? Start with the Audit.
Do you only work with one CRM?
No. ClearKnot designs around the sales process and works within the approved platform where it can support the requirement responsibly.
Can you migrate existing contacts and deals?
Data migration can be included when source quality, field mapping, consent, deduplication, and validation requirements are understood and approved.
Can the CRM connect to onboarding or delivery?
Yes. The sales-to-onboarding handoff can be designed as part of the CRM build or coordinated with the Client Onboarding Systems service.
How long does a CRM and sales systems project take?
Focused implementations typically take two to four weeks. Data cleanup, migration, integrations, multiple pipelines, or complex approval logic may extend the schedule.
