Implementation
Turn a defined operating requirement into a system your team can use.
We architect, configure, connect, document, and test workflows across ClickUp, CRM, automation, onboarding, project delivery, and reporting. Best when the outcome and decision owner are already clear.
Readiness
Implementation works best when the problem and desired outcome are clear.
Ready if you can tick these
- A defined outcome — what should be true after launch
- A decision owner who can approve the design
- Access to the tools involved
- The people who will use it
- Known constraints: budget, timing, platforms
Can’t tick them yet?
Start with the $297 Audit. You get the order of work first, and the fee is credited toward an eligible implementation.
Build scope
What we can implement.
Modular — most engagements combine two or three.
Platform setup
ClickUp, HubSpot or your CRM configured around real stages and roles.Workflow design
Stages, rules, exceptions and owners made explicit before any build.Automation
Governed triggers, validation and failure alerts between systems.Migration
Cleanup, mapping and moving existing data without losing history.Dashboards
Views that answer management questions, not activity counts.Documentation
Runbooks and change-control notes your team can maintain.Training
Role-based sessions so the system survives launch.Integration

Each stage ends with an approval gate. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Before you scope the build.
Do I need an audit before implementation?
Not always. If you can define what needs to be built and the requirement can be scoped responsibly, you can begin with implementation. If several workflows or systems are involved and the root cause is unclear, the audit is the better starting point.
Can ClearKnot work with our existing tools?
Yes. ClearKnot starts with the operating requirement and evaluates how the existing environment can support it. A new tool is recommended only when the current environment cannot meet the approved requirement responsibly.
How long does implementation take?
Timing depends on scope, dependencies, access, approvals, migration requirements, testing, and team readiness. The proposal will state the expected schedule for the approved build.
Will our team receive documentation?
Yes. Documentation is aligned with the implementation scope and the people who will operate or maintain the system.
Can you improve an existing setup instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. Where the current setup is structurally sound, ClearKnot can refine workflows, ownership, automations, visibility, and documentation without rebuilding everything.
