The audit is designed for growing service businesses where sales, onboarding, delivery, operations, or reporting involve several people, tools, and handoffs.

Which tools can you review?

We review the tools already involved in the workflow. That may include a CRM, project-management platform, shared documents, communication tools, forms, spreadsheets, automation platforms, and reporting systems. The audit remains process-led rather than tied to a particular software brand.

What is included in the $297 fee?

The fixed fee covers the agreed operational review, prioritized findings, a Now / Next / Later roadmap, and a walkthrough of the recommendations.

How quickly will I receive the findings?

The maximum turnaround is four days after the invoice is paid and the required access and operational context have been received.

Is the audit fee credited toward implementation?

Yes. If the recommended work moves into an eligible ClearKnot implementation engagement, the $297 audit fee is credited toward that project.

Will you change anything during the audit?

No. The audit is diagnostic. We will not reconfigure tools, change workflows, or activate automations unless those actions are included in a separately approved implementation scope.

What is the refund policy?

Payments are tied to project stages and are generally non-refundable once the corresponding work has started or been completed. Clients who pay the full project value upfront may qualify for a refund of up to 50% when the project has not progressed beyond 50% of the agreed scope. Read the full Refund Policy →
